ABOUT US

We have assisted in casting over 50 roles across Theatre and Film projects London.

Andy McCredie
Artistic Director

I founded Redgates Theatre in Autumn 2017, using the communal space of the converted warehouse that I live in to host the very first GATEWAYS, and have since co-hosted other successful events with popular music platforms from around London. I am an Actor, I'm currently training on the BA Acting course at the Royal Acadamy of Dramatic Art(RADA) and have previously worked professionally across the UK and internationally. Alongside this, I write spoken-word poetry and scripts for stage and screen - I'm currently developing my first short film, 'Underground' with Georgia Williams, directed by Christopher Chuky release date 2019. I also work as an actors headshot photographer.

Phao May
Managing Director

I joined Redgates Theatre as a Director for the very first GATEWAYS in Autumn 2017, and now run the company alongside Andy, mainly focusing on direction during productions and producing. I am a London-based Actor, Director and Neo-Burlesque performer(Marlene Peach). I am a current member of National Youth Theatre. I have also performed various pieces of new writing at both the Brighton and Edinburgh Fringe Festivals and have directed for youth theatres and schools across the South-East of England.

Shona Graham
Administrator

I joined Redgates Theatre for the first Gateways in 2017 and now help with casting and social media and general admin. I’m a Durham University graduate and an Actor by trade; having appeared in numerous plays, tours and films, it’s a pleasure to bring my expertise to the company. I’m also just foraying into writing, with projects in development for the near future.
